ShopCulture.com is based in Austin, TX. By law, we are required to apply an 8.25% sales tax on any items delivered within our home state of Texas.
How can I modify my order?
An order may not be modified once it has been processed or has been shipped. Contact customer service as soon as possible to see if you may modify your order.
Can orders be shipped outside the U.S.A.?
No, at this time we cannot ship outside the U.S.A.
How can I purchase an order?
Ordering is quick, easy, and secure through our online shopping cart. We are always open so feel free to order 24/7. Simply add your items to your shopping cart and press the "checkout" button when you are finished. You will then be directed to the paypal payment page.
How can I buy something if I don't want to use a credit card online?
All of our online credit card transactions are secure, however if you prefer you can telephone us toll-free at 1-877-908-5100 or you can email us with your order and email you use for paypal transactions and we will email you an invoice.
What forms of payment do you take?
Paypal is our secure payment processor. We do not currently accept personal checks.
Is it safe to provide my credit card?
You are protected against credit card fraud when you shop online at ShopCulture. We utilize Industry Standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology. SSL encrypts your credit card information to help ensure your privacy.
Coupons & Discounts
If you have a ShopCulture coupon, please enter the code in the discount coupon box upon checkout and redeem before entering your credit card information. Your discount should be applied. If you have any problems, please contact us and we will manually apply your discount.
I just placed my order, but I forgot to use the promotional code. What should I do?
Once an order is placed, a promotional code CAN NOT then be applied. Please call customer service immediately to cancel the order and then replace it using the promotional code. We are sorry, but if your order has been shipped out and processed we can not apply the discount.
I just ordered something, but now it's on sale. Do you honor price adjustments?
Yes, we do issue price adjustments, however your order must have been placed no more than 5 days before the price change was made. Please have your invoice number ready and contact our Customer Service Department to see if you are eligible for a price adjustment. Your inquiry must be made within the 5 day window; inquiries made after will be denied. Price adjustments will not be issued if your order has already received a discount (including price adjustments, promotional codes, etc...)
Item Availability
Many of the items you see on this site are one of a kind. While we try to update the stock on the site as often as possible, in the instance that the item you ordered is no longer available, you will be notified immediately via email. Your payment will be refunded unless there is another item you would like instead.

If you are interested in submitting your art to ShopCulture, please send us an email. Include your name, email address, phone number, website if applicable, description of product, price and a digital image of your product. If you do not have a digital image, please describe in detail and we may have you ship a sample so we can see your product. We will only accept handcrafted items whether one of a kind or in multiple sizes/quantities. Thank you for your interest.
