Returns & Exchanges

ShopCulture wants to keep our customers happy. If something is wrong, please let us know. We will gladly issue an exchange or store credit on merchandise that meets our return policy. Returns will be accepted within 20 days from the purchase date for store credit or exchange only. Any returned item must be UNUSED, UNWORN and in its original packaging, if applicable. Returns must be sent prepaid. ShopCulture will not accept CODs. We regret that shipping for returned items is non refundable. However, if you are making an exchange, we will send the new order out to you with no additional shipping charge. All sale items are a final sale: no refunds or exchanges. Please note that all beauty products, candles, jewelry, lingerie and special orders are all a final sale as well. Do not hesitate to ask questions before purchasing.

Damage claims must be made within 5 days of package arrival. Please inspect your merchandise carefully upon delivery.

All returned merchandise must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. To receive your RA#, please follow these 4 steps:

  1. Send us a quick email. Include your name, order date, item you would like to return and why you are dissatisfied. An RA # will be emailed to you within 2 business days.
  2. Pack the merchandise securely and in the original box if possible.
  3. Write the RA # clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Send insured package to:

Shipping

How will my order be shipped?

We ship using USPS. Shopculture.com makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday (except holidays).

What are your shipping rates?

All shipping rates are based on the weight of your items and the location of your shipping address. Exact prices are not known until you enter your zip code in the shipping option box. The shipping options and cost box will open once you have added an item to your shopping cart.

How can I track my package?

If you have an account with us and used that account to purchase your order, you may log in and your order history will appear including tracking numbers.
